The F-14 Tomcat, the Navy's front line fighter is capable of speeds up to 1,544
miles per hour. Wolfpack squadron of VF-1 was one of two squadrons to come on
line with the F-14. They were first deployed on board the USS Enterprise in 1974.
The Tomcat carries a two-man crew, Pilot and Naval Flight Officer (NFO). The
aircraft is able to carry a variety of different weapon systems, from the AIM-9
Sidewinder to the AIM-54 Phoenix air-to-air missile. In addition the Tomcat has a
20-millimeter cannon. The Big Cat has a range of 2,000 miles and was instrumental
in Operation Desert Storm.

This limited edition lithographic print has been personally approved and signed
by the artist. It is printed on the finest quality lithographic print paper, acid free,
neutral pH, 100-lb. stock, Lustro Gloss Cover. All printing plates and negatives
used in the process of printing the edition have been destroyed and this image
has never been, or ever will be, reproduced in any other art print form.
